Delegacja z Norwegii w Łomży

Wizyta studyjna grupy z Norwegii w Łomży skupiła się na temacie uczestnictwa obywatelskiego w kontekście budżetu obywatelskiego. Dzień rozpoczęło spotkanie z zastępcą prezydenta Andrzejem Stypułowskim, podczas którego omówiono ogólne informacje na temat budżetu obywatelskiego, który w Łomży funkcjonuje od ponad 10 lat. W programie zaplanowano również całodniowe warsztaty. Ich celem jest zebranie wiedzy i najlepszych praktyk z doświadczeń Łomży w zakresie budżetu partycypacyjnego. Ponadto delegacja z Norwegii uczestniczyła w wykładzie eksperckim wygłoszonym przez dr hab. Annę Ostrowską, prof. AŁ, Kierownik Katedry Nauk Prawnych Wydział Prawa i Administracji z Akademii Łomżyńskiej. 

W ramach współpracy miasta Łomża i Okręgu Nordland odbyły się w tym roku już trzy wizyty. We wrześniu br. łomżyńska delegacja dwukrotnie gościła w Norwegii, a teraz z rewizytą przyjechała do naszego miasta grupa Norwegów. W skład ośmioosobowej delegacji z Nordland wchodzą m.in.  doradcy z administracji Okręgu i koordynatorzy zdrowia publicznego z tamtejszych gmin.  

Norweska delegacja odwiedziła Łomżę w ramach projektu „Łomża – Miasto, w którym żyję i pracuję – kontynuacja współpracy bilateralnej”. Na ten cel pozyskano ponad 250 tys. zł. 

Warto dodać, że współpraca z Okręgiem Nordland została nawiązana w ramach projektu „Łomża – Miasto w którym żyję i pracuję”, realizowanego w latach 2021-2024 i współfinansowanego ze środków Norweskiego Mechanizmu Finansowego 2014-2021 w ramach Programu Rozwój Lokalny. Jego wartość całkowita wyniosła 3.519.655,35 EUR (16.002.816,97 PLN).

On October 29, 2024, a delegation from Norway visited Lomza as part of the project "Lomza - The city where I live and work - continuation of bilateral cooperation", financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. This is another meeting on the Lomza-Nordland line. The study visit of the group from Norway focused on the topic of civic participation in the context of the participatory budget. The day began with a meeting with Deputy Mayor Andrzej Stypułowski, during which general information on the participatory budget, which has been operating in Lomza for over 10 years, was discussed. The program also included all-day workshops. The aim was to collect knowledge and best practices from Lomza's experiences in the field of participatory budgeting. In addition, the delegation from Norway participated in an expert lecture delivered by PhD Anna Ostrowska, professor of Lomza Academy, Head of the Department of Legal Sciences, Faculty of Law and Administration. As part of the cooperation between the city of Lomza and the Nordland District, three visits have already taken place in this year. In September the delegation from Lomza visited Norway twice, and now a group of Norwegians has returned to our city. The eight-person delegation includes, among others, advisors from the district administration and public health coordinators from the local municipalities. The Norwegian delegation visited Lomza as part of the project "Lomza - The city where I live and work - continuation of bilateral cooperation". Over PLN 250,000 was obtained for this purpose. It is worth adding that cooperation with the Nordland District was established as part of the project "Lomza - The city where I live and work", implemented in 2021-2024 and co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 under the Local Development Programme. Its total value amounted to EUR 3,519,655.35 (PLN 16,002,816.97).
